The 128kB B/W RAM expansion

The Hardware Reference manual includes the complete schematics of the Olivetti M20. Anyway, these schematics follow rather peculiar conventions and are difficult to read. Here, you can find the schematics of the 128kB expansion for the Black and White configuration.
